Here are some common questions about our company.
The NDIS is a government-funded program that provides support for eligible Australians living with permanent and significant disabilities. Its goal is to help you achieve greater independence, improve your quality of life, and reach your personal goals.
To access the NDIS, you must:
- Be aged under 65 years
- Be an Australian citizen or hold a permanent or Protected Special Category visa
- Have a permanent and significant disability that affects your ability to participate in everyday activities

Step 1: Call the NDIS on 1800 800 110
Step 2: Request an Access Request Form (ARF)
Step 3: Complete the form with supporting documentation
Step 4: Wait for a decision from the NDIA
Step 5: If approved, attend a planning meeting to start your plan
