Benedict is a cultural empowerment advocate with over 15 years of community experience, dedicated to fostering a vibrant and inclusive environment within the organization. Embracing diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences, he enhances creativity and innovation, making SMDS unique. Benedict's commitment to valuing cultural diversity enables the company to tap into a wider range of ideas and solutions, placing participants at the center of the service experience.
Dr. Narelle Bryce
RN Mental Health
Dr. Narelle Bryce brings extensive expertise in disability support coordination, ensuring that participants receive personalized services tailored to their needs. She oversees case management, advocates for participant rights, and streamlines processes to enhance accessibility and efficiency.
James O’Connor
Plan Management Specialist r
O’Connor is responsible for financial oversight and plan management services. He works closely with participants to manage their NDIS funding, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and adherence to regulations. His expertise helps individuals make the most of their support plans.
Chantal

As the lead support worker, Chantal plays a hands-on role in delivering direct care and assistance to participants. She ensures that clients receive high-quality support tailored to their individual goals, fostering independence, dignity, and overall well-being.
